Abstract

Schizoaffective disorder is a mental disorder characterized by psychotic symptoms and mood disorders that occur simultaneously. Mood disorders may include manic or depressive. The incidence of schizoaffective disorder is only around 0.5-0.8%. Schizoaffective disorder is more common in women than in men. This disorder can be treated in monotherapy and combination therapy. Mr. RI 30 years, with complaints of anxiety, can not sleep, daydreaming, limp and did not want to take medication since two weeks ago. His family also complained patient behave strange to use anything as a necklace which he regarded as a magic belt. Patients diagnosed with a depressive type skiziavektif where the symptoms of schizophrenia and mood disorders such as depressive stood out at the same time. Patients was therapy with psychosocial intervention and psikofarmaka. Psychotherapeutic a typical antipsychotic, antidepressant, and antiparkinsonisme. Antipsychotics are given Resperidone 3x2 mg tablet orally, Trihexiphenidil mg tablet 3x2 and 3x25 mg Amitriptyline Tablet. Psychosocial interventions provided to patients and families.
