Abstract

Schizoaffective disorder is a mental disorder characterized by psychotic symptoms and mood disorders that occur simultaneously. Mood disorders may include manic or depressive. Patients diagnosed with a depressive type skiziavektif where the symptoms of schizophrenia and mood disorders such as depressive stood out at the same time. Patients was therapy with psychosocial intervention and psikofarmaka. Psychotherapeutic a typical antipsychotic, antidepressant, and antiparkinsonisme. Antipsychotics are given Resperidone 3x2 mg tablet orally, Trihexiphenidil mg tablet 3x2 and 3x25 mg Amitriptyline Tablet. Psychosocial interventions provided to patients and families.
