ACQUIRED HEMOPHILIIA A IN CHILD AGE 3 YEARS IN LAMPUNG’S ETHNIC GROUP
Abstract
Background Acquired Hemophiliia A is rare extremely in children. It is about 1 : 1,000,000 cases per year. Although it is rare but it can cause fatal condition until death. Case A boy, MJ , three years old had a complaint bruising on the face and extremities and swelling often occur spontaneously without a history of bleeding difficult stopped in family. In nonpharmacological of these patient was educating the patient about what activities should be limited. While the pharmacological management of these patient was transfusion of fresh frozen plasma 2 x 100 cc, cryoprecipitate transfusion 2 x 100 cc , and tranexamic acid injection 3 x 125 mg, which were given for 6 days and responds well. Conclusion If you find Acquired hemophilia A must obtain management immediately both of nonpharmacologic and pharmacologic adjusted to the facilities and infrastructure of local medical services.Keyword: Acquired Hemophiliia A, Child, Indonesian, Treatment
