CHRONIC CONSTIPATION WITH HEMORRHOID AT SINGLE MAN BECAUSE OF UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Abstract


Chronic constipation is the inhibition of normal defecation habits. It is interpreted as rare, dry, and less consistency of stool. Constipation affects approximately 14.7% of the U.S. population, 16% of children and 15 to 50% of parents, and the general constipation is more common in females as males. Stools hard and dense cause increasingly difficult defecation, it will cause complications hemorrhoids. Risk factor for chronic constipation is diet low in fiber, physical activity, and stress, therefore families need to be developed because of the risk to the patient so that the patient can change his pattern. Identification of factors internal and external to single man and not working who get chronic constipation. Descriptive study with analysis of primary data obtained through anamnesis, physical examination, investigations, sightings and the state of the household and family. Assessment of quantitative and qualitative data. Internal factors obtained in the form of a low fiber diet since childhood, never exercise, and have a tendency to stress as a risk factor for chronic constipation and external factors: lack of attention to the family, the support of family members is less. Complex clinical problem that requires a long time and co-operation between health providers and family.
